Next Legal represented a technology company successfully in the Court of Appeal

Next Legal represented a Finnish technology company successfully both in the Court of Appeal and earlier in the District Court in a dispute concerning the termination of a contract. The District Court ruled in favour of our client on all claims and, following an appeal by the opposing party, the Court of Appeal upheld the District Court's verdict.
